Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.

What this covers
This notice applies to ignitioninterfaces.com, the website operated by Ignition Interfaces, Inc.. It does not describe the Ignition LiveSearch product itself — retailers who deploy the product receive separate documentation covering the data it handles on their sites.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter, along with the option you select. That is the only personal information this site asks for. If you email us instead, we receive whatever your message contains.
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of your visit.
How we use it
To reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered by Formspree, which processes and forwards the message to us and retains a copy for a limited period under its own terms. This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and delete it on request.
Your choices
Write to info@ignitioninterfaces.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have formal rights of access, correction, deletion and objection — we will honor those requests regardless of where you are.
